About you:

HiBob is looking for a Professional Services Engineer(PSE) to join our dynamic Customer Success Engineering team. We're expanding and seeking an experienced individual to be a subject matter expert in people management and different functions within the HR world.

As a PSE, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and consulting our enterprise clients through the implementation of our HR system. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, specializing in the core of Bob's platform inside out within the CS department, dealing with internal stakeholders as well as our external clients.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for collaborating with Product and R&D teams on feature requests, and complex cases will be a key aspect of your role.You will also contribute to continuous learning within our Customer Success teams by documenting and sharing valuable insights.

**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at least two-three days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

What will you be doing?

  • Act as a main knowledge resource of the core of our HR platform within the Customer Success Engineers Team
  • Efficiently handle product requirements and centralize client needs
  • Maintain a strong and continuous interface with the Product team
  • Investigate and report bugs to our R&D team
  • Create and update knowledge base articles for our Customer Success organization and other teams
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients
  • Manage and own the rollout of new product releases
  • Train CS teams on new features
  • Lead technical escalations

Base salaries for this role range from $110,000-$135,000 per year.

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • 3+ years Experience within HR department or HR Tech implementation
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent data manipulation skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work with the right sense of urgency
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and ownership skills
  • Project management skills is an advantage
  • Experience with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Asana is an advantage
