About the position:

Drives customer success by determining areas of improvement within their warehouse operations. The Professional Services Specialist performs an analysis of customer data and presents these findings, to meet the goals of the customer and to improve warehouse operations.

• Assist high-level management teams of large corporations with coaching, behavior modification, and change management strategies.
• Provide coordinated support with our Raymond Solutions and Support Centers to ensure customers maximize the return on their investment.
• Execute on-site and virtual engagements with customers to review specific actions in support of company goals, with an emphasis on how to utilize the data to effect positive change in their operations.
• Understand how data and technology can be used to establish baseline efficiencies; Participates in and contributes to technical design sessions for telematics and warehouse optimization solutions with the customer.
• The desire to learn new technologies
• Practice continuous improvement, to assist their own work and assist the customer's operations.

About remote work:

Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience and skill set. Fully remote candidates may be required to travel to Greene, NY for onboarding and/or periodically throughout the year based on business need. To be considered for a fully remote position you MUST reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington or Wisconsin.

About you:

• A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Five or more years of professional sales experience is required
• Previous material handling industry experience is preferred
• Continuous Improvement, Toyota Production System, or Raymond Lean Management experience strongly preferred
• Warehousing experience is preferred

Requirements
