We're currently looking for:
A Professional Services Operations Senior Analyst in Global Services and Solutions at RingCentral is an operations analyst who works directly with the Professional Services Department. This ensures the Professional Services business runs smoothly for the entire project lifecycle. The team covers a variety of processes including validating projects sold, change requests, and ensuring valid billing. Professional service sales ops analyst work to ensure integrity of data, reduce errors and design new business processes. They work directly with Client Partners, Senior Management, Project Managers, Project Management Office, and Finance.
The ideal candidate is pro-active, has a mind for process execution, finding outages in systems, detail oriented, strong data management skills, and is a team player. Successful candidates should be able to thrive under stressful seasons and situations. Since our systems are cloud based, you must be tech-savvy and a fast learner. To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Working with the PS team to manage the quote, order and customer backlog.
• Validating SOWs (statements of work), contracts, master service agreements, and any other applicable contract documents related to ProServ Projects
• Tracking and reporting of items like travel and expenses for the delivery teams
• Creating, validating, and getting approval for sign-off and other work flow legal documents
• Validating, modifying, and following up on missing information for project creation
• Billing/Invoicing events in SFDC
• Cancellation tracking and management
• Case management of a variety of issues
• Identify issues and risks and participate in the problem resolution
• Collect and document business requirements for projects around process improvement
• Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills required
• Strong understanding of SalesForce.com, SmartSheet, NetSuite, Concur, and Tableau
• Ability to create and manage dashboards and reports in SalesFroce.com, SmartSheet and Tableau is a plus
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with business, technical, and executive teams.
• Proficient at identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent collaborative problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand and apply technical concepts.
• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Finance Degree a plus.
