We're currently looking for:
A Professional Services Operations Senior Analyst in Global Services and Solutions at RingCentral is an operations analyst who works directly with the Professional Services Department. This ensures the Professional Services business runs smoothly for the entire project lifecycle. The team covers a variety of processes including validating projects sold, change requests, and ensuring valid billing. Professional service sales ops analyst work to ensure integrity of data, reduce errors and design new business processes. They work directly with Client Partners, Senior Management, Project Managers, Project Management Office, and Finance.
The ideal candidate is pro-active, has a mind for process execution, finding outages in systems, detail oriented, strong data management skills, and is a team player. Successful candidates should be able to thrive under stressful seasons and situations. Since our systems are cloud based, you must be tech-savvy and a fast learner. To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Operations Business Partner to the Professional Services Sales Team
• Bi-weekly forecast calls with PS Sales and track/report BCW (Better, Commit, Worst)
• Conduct analysis and provide insights to Leadership on trends or potential opportunities and risks
• Process intake of new ProServ orders and daily reporting for sales status
• Monthly Forecast inclusive of month-end actuals, forecast, and variance analysis
• Monthly Reporting Packages (variety of reports with variety of audience)
• Monthly system reconciliations between SFDC and Project Management system
• Quarterly ProServ Sales Compensation Reporting
• Quarterly SPIF tracking and reporting
• Provide operational guidance to PS Sales during the sales cycle for commercials
• Ability to document end to end processes as well as identify areas of improvements and execute cross-functionally.
• Case management of a variety of issues
• Collect and document business requirements for projects around process improvement and collaboration with IT and internal PMO

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong excel skills with ability to know when to use a variety of formulas and pivot tables to analyze data to provide insights and ability to create charts for optimal data visualization
• Advanced skills and experience with SalesForce.com with ability to create and manage dashboards and reports.
• Prior experience working with Quote-to-Cash process and Sales Operations.
• Basic financial acumen skills and knowledge of P&L with ability to calculate gross margin.
• Ability to successfully partner and execute cross-functionally on process, projects, and other business-related initiatives.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both Business Partners and Leadership.
• Proficient at identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent collaborative problem solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Finance Degree a plus.
