The Professional Services Project Manager (PSPM) reports to the Professional Services Solutions Manager. The PSPM's main goal is to manage and coordinate Professional Services (PS) projects.
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects including client responsibilities to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects.
The PSPM ensures regular and appropriate communication flow between external and internal stakeholders. Prepares/updates reports or project tracking system regarding status of project for all relevant stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal resources and facilitate client discussions to define the scope of the project, as needed
• Develop a detailed project plan for each project with clear resource allocation, deliverables, and timelines to monitor and track progress
• Coordinate internal and client resources to meet project timeline
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget by holding relevant stakeholders accountable
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and contract change control forms
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and document project progress and ensure that all stakeholders are informed
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third party contractors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure that client sign offs of acceptance documents are obtained
• Define - the appropriate governance model for project type; roles and responsibilities; stakeholder engagement and communication;meetings; reporting; risk and issue management; assurance; and project management control processes
• Define Project Management best practices including project initiation, execution, delivery, closing, and reporting
• Develop and deliver timely and accurate reports
• Responsible for updating and maintaining project deliverable templates
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of experience in a client facing role
• PMP Certification
• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, relevant CRM system and Atlassian suite
• Experience with project management software tools

• Experience with creation and/or delivery of Statements of Work

• Experience working with virtual, cross functional teams
• Excellent consultative, client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong organization competencies and attention to details, multitasking skills
