This position will drive customer success by making data more accessible to the customer. The Professional Services Specialist performs an in-depth analysis of customer data and presents these findings to meet the goals of the customer and to improve their warehouse operations. Works closely with customers by providing information and problem resolution using independent analysis/review, judgment, and discretion. Advises management regarding pre- and post-sales activities of units built, leases, parts, services, etc. Leads high level projects to develop rapport with customers to enhance service provided and encourage repeat business.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist high-level management teams of customers with coaching, behavior modification, and change management strategies
  • Provide coordinated support with our customized solutions and service support centers to ensure customers maximize the return on their investment
  • Execute on-site and virtual engagements with customers to review specific actions in support of company goals, with an emphasis on how to utilize the data to effect positive change in their operations
  • Build relationships with customers and provide tailored services, identifying opportunities for future business
  • Understand how data and technology can be used to establish baseline efficiencies; Participates in and contributes to technical design sessions for telematics and warehouse optimization solutions with the customer
  • Practice continuous improvement, to assist their own work and assist the customer's operations
  • Reviews more complex reports and data. Provides analysis, summaries, and resulting action plans.
  • Exchanges information and resolves issues with stakeholders inside and outside the Company over a variety of project related issues
  • Analyzes current practices/procedures and makes recommendations/decisions for change
  • Maintains records with appropriate supporting material, updates records as necessary


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • 2-4 years of experience in analyzing and reviewing data for project management
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant preferred
  • Experience using Excel and BI Tools is preferred
  • Customer facing, ability to train and support both internal and external customers
  • Desire to learn new technologies, staying afloat of the current market in technology advancements
