We provide top-of-the-line equipment, service, consultation, parts, and training programs to businesses of all sizes throughout PA and NY, and portions of MA, VT, OH, WV, MD, DE, and NJ. We have 7 locations throughout the region including Albany NY, Syracuse NY, Scranton, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, Breinigsville, PA, York, PA, and Willow Grove, PA and we have over 300+ teammates across these facilities.

What's The Job?

We are searching for aProfessional Services Specialist to join our York, PA teamwho would be responsible for driving customer success by providing advanced analytics and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The Professional Services Specialist works closely with other team members to produce reports and analytics to enhance the customer experience.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Creates, reviews, and interprets complex reports.
• Uses technical skills to streamline processes.
• Leads skilled professional teams in planning and coordinating projects.
• Provides analysis to senior and executive level staff inside and outside the Company regarding best practices on customer data.
• Provides advice and counsel regarding technical and/or specialized knowledge to all levels of employees across divisions.
• Drive and participate in internal and external customer reviews.
• Provide concepts to customers and sales team to aid in additional sales/services.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required to understand the customer requirement.
• Keep up with market trends.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

What Makes Me Qualified?

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Two or more years of project management experience is preferred.
• Preferably 2+ years of working experience in a Material Handling environment.
• Basic network technology understanding a plus
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple software applications for technology products/services
