Position Summary
Provide live network performance test results and development support, including Pre-Launch testing of HW/SW, Post-Launch regression testing of HW/SW, and troubleshooting of device and network field issues with respect to Digital (CDMA/PCS)/1x, EVDO Rev A, LTE, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, and HSxPA/UMTS.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide live network performance test results and development support, including Pre-Launch testing of HW/SW, Post-Launch regression testing of HW/SW, and troubleshooting of device and network field issues with respect to Digital (CDMA/PCS)/1x, EVDO Rev A, LTE, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, and HSxPA/UMTS. Participate in examining key activities and output for each milestone, participate and evaluating and improving processes, collect data in order to discover a software quality index, and collect data to analyze software failure types. Test MNO's specified field interoperability test plans (FIT). Test and troubleshoot hardware, software, embedded software used in wireless voice and data networking. Perform sanity testing, stability testing, functionality testing, stress testing and feature testing on various devices. Perform lab tests and evaluates new wireless products and accessories, including verification of product features by simulating of a variety of customer applications. Prepare test results data and writes required engineering reports to ensure products compliance with MNO's requirements and test plans. Work effectively with team members, provide support to R&D, QA and MEL members as they needed.

Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus three (3) years of post-baccalaureate experience in network performance development and testing. Experience must include testing and troubleshooting hardware and software used in wireless voice and data networking; utilizing Qualcomm or any other relevant testing tool for LTE, WCDMA, and GSM Domain. Must have proficient knowledge for post processing and debugging lower layer analysis for device side protocol issues. Must have prior experience of working with Post processing tools such as QCAT, XCAP, and Wireshark.
