The Program Account Manager supports and drives revenue growth in conjunction with the sales team for a major OEM partner.  This role is an essential member of the OEM account management team in helping develop, shape and evolve account analysis across the client portfolio and full suite of Affinitiv solutions to understand client demand, prioritize market opportunities, and identify cross-sell/upsell strategies to retain and grow active accounts as well as being responsible for implementing the strategy for the assigned OEM initiatives.

This is a remote position.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop portfolio Strategic Account Plan to allocate annual sales budget and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth, retention, and product and service penetration targets across all markets within the portfolio
  • Work closely with Executive level client sponsors to understand client needs, business priorities to identify and prioritize focus areas that will help inform the Strategic Account Plan
  • Apply Strategic Account Management principles and methodologies
  • Partner with sales team and Sales Strategy and Operations to develop the governance and resource allocation model for the deployment of strategy, including resolution of channel conflicts and balance of focus across active accounts and prospects
  • Build and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth on key accounts as assigned
  • Provide annual, quarterly and monthly updates on the financial and strategic growth of the team effectively to members of the SLT and ELT
  • Develop and lead members of the sales team to conduct strategic account planning with clients, maintain client lifecycle for retention and growth and communicate key updates and insights from client business goals and strategies to fuel Affinitiv’s product roadmap
  • Provide input on prioritized needs for improving sales team experience and ensuring appropriate resources, training and support
  • Coordinate engineering and operations efforts
  • Work with billing specialist and Account Management Team to ensure client is sent accurate and timely invoices

Position Requirements:

  • An under-graduate degree or equivalent is required; a master’s degree/MBA is preferred
  • At least 5+ proven years of experience in Strategic Account Management and/or sales effectiveness consulting
  • Deep understanding of the automotive market and how Affinitiv products support client operations
  • Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Must have good problem solving and decision-making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgement
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating with senior and C-Suite executive staffs from various functional departments
  • Ability to effectively partner in the development and execution of business strategies. Use strong analytical capabilities and a fact-based approach to develop effective solution to business issues
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities while being nimble and adaptable
  • Proven ability to strategically position and sell high value set service offerings, establish and build long- term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
