Program Administration is the team responsible for all administration of client work entering OneMagnify, as it pertains to, but not limited to, call handling and claims processing.
Program Administrators work under the supervision of Team Supervisors, and report to Senior Program Managers. This individual will support the Program Administration Team with all its program deliverables. This position provides individuals entering the Marketing/Customer-Servicing industry with the opportunity to be exposed to and learn the various facets of full-scale customer-centric program administration.

- You are a multi-tasker.
- You love a fast-paced work environment with new programs to learn.
- You are passionate about the details and everyone says you are the most organized person they know.
- You are fluent in both French and English, written and verbal communication.
What you'll do:
- Support team by answering inbound customer calls, as well as, perform outbound calls to customers and other parties to deliver/acquire program information.
- Communication with OneMagnify team members, as well as, external customers via e-mail.
- Submit (and audit) data entries and file documents.
- Verify program eligibility using the tools and database systems.
- Create and follow-through on critical issue tickets.
- Support OneMagnify's quality standards, policies, procedures and work instructions as outlined in the company quality management system documentation.
- Program Administrator will be required to handle confidential information such as social security numbers, credit cards, in addition to sensitive customer information such as names and addresses.
What you'll need:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Minimum of 3-year experience working in Customer Service industry.
- Strong planning, multitasking and organizational skills; attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
- Strong sense of process/program ownership and results.
- Flexible/versatile in response to change.
