Title:
Program Analyst
Program Analyst will provide customer support for an Army Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense program by analyzing program activities to include acquisition plans, proposals, financial management, cost analysis, contractual documents, management techniques, and documentation requirements. Candidate will oversee the creation/alteration of briefings and acquisition products required for Army acquisition programs. Candidate will provide materiel acquisition support, technical analysis, and other experience relating to DoD and industry programs. Candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining a Missile Inventory database used to report missile status at Army and DoD levels. Candidate will attend weekly Product Office meetings, track action items from meetings, and maintain a program calendar with input from multiple stakeholders. Candidate will attend Integrated Product Team meetings, review contractor deliverables, and provide engineering analysis to government customer. Candidate will provide direct input in solving issues involving diverse staffs, stakeholders, and resources. Candidate must possess the ability to communicate and interact with the government customer on a routine basis.
Applicants should be goal oriented and experienced in effectively meeting development program milestones while providing solutions to a range of complex technical problems. Applicants must possess critical thinking skills to address acquisition mandates and warfighter requirements. Experience with Army and/or missile defense systems, processes, and procedures is highly desired.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office is required.
B.S. Degree in Science or Engineering field with 5+ years of experience is required.
An active secret security clearance is required.
