Job Description
US citizenship and the ability to pass a Public Trust clearance are required for this position.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least 2 days on-site weekly. The selected candidate must live within commuting distance of Washington, DC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support cross-functional teams related to IT services, acquisitions, policies, and procedures
- Provide support for a wide variety of technical and functional environments
- Contribute to long-term project and strategic planning
- Contribute to the development of concepts, strategies, practices, and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations and capabilities
- Communicates with HHS ACF Program Offices and other partners and stakeholders at multiple levels
- Ability to facilitate conversations and collect requirements that will be implemented into policy updates
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply quick logical thinking to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to quickly process and master a wide range of subject matter
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with an executive audience
- Ability to work with SMEs
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree required
