Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: This position requires experience such as:

• Mastery of security cooperation policy and resourcing to include Security Cooperation planning, oversight, and execution management
• Expert knowledge of management principles and processes; long range planning and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing Security Cooperation program development and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency of security programs
• Expert knowledge of Presidential Policy Directive 18: Maritime Security (PPD-18), the National Strategy for Maritime Security (NSMS), and supporting plan the National Maritime Domain Awareness Plan
• Expert understanding of the security assistance and security cooperation mission, function, programs, command structures, and relationships between the organizations in resolving issues and concerns including those generated by, or of potential interest to, any of these organizations

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

This position requires rotating shift work.
