PROGRAM ANALYST

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Basic Requirements:

Education: 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree

And

OR

General Experience: 3 years, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4. I have one year of general experience equivalent to the GS-04/DE-01 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Performing journey level functions in the business or administrative fields such as finance, resource management, logistics, planning, or STEM. 2) Applying basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques to long rang planning of programs and objectives. 3) Presenting findings and results, in writing or orally for higher-level review or publication.
