Program Analyst
Job Description
Trilogy Federal provides financial management, information technology (IT) consulting, program management services, and strategic consulting to federal agencies. Trilogy Federal is looking for a motivated and independent Program Analyst to support a variety of projects across a large program. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, an interest in consulting and project management, and a desire to learn. The selected candidate will have an important role supporting a fast-paced team focused on improving access to healthcare for Veterans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across business and technical teams to develop solutions that address client needs and priorities.
- Support meetings for assigned projects including drafting agendas, documenting meeting minutes, capturing action items, and creating slide decks.
- Capture spoken information in real-time in documents and spreadsheets (e.g., live edits to documents, capture of questions and answers during presentations, etc.).
- Develop and support delivery of presentations and reports to leadership and cross functional business/technical teams covering project status, risks, issues, and strategies.
- Assist in risk management activities including identification, mitigation, and escalation.
- Conduct analysis of specific issues and identification of alternatives.
- Compile project-related metrics and track applicable implementation and/or deployment task activities for reporting to leadership.
- Develop and maintain project management artifacts for senior government officials and large teams to include, but not limited to: Process Flows, Meeting Minutes, Action Item Logs, Risk Registers, Test Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support a variety of projects and/or workstreams across a large program, shifting efforts and focus to adapt to changing needs.
- Support ad hoc and administrative support needs such as calendar coordination and front office support for client(s) and business teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3years total experience.
- Agility and ability to change course based on shifting plans, priorities, and timelines.
- Experience making live edits to documents and other artifacts while screensharing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on learning, opportunities for impact, and collaboration with colleagues.
- Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Availability to work from the Trilogy offices in Arlington, VA 1-2 times per month.
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- VA or Federal experience.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare organization (e.g., hospital, health system, health insurance company, military health etc.).
