Program Analyst

Archimedes Global is currently recruiting a Program Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This position is telework-eligible with the ability to perform work onsite in Alexandria, as required.

The selected individual will:

• Directly support the government customer's deputy director on all Operations and Logistics work for the office
• Research, review, and analyze statutes, policies, and programs
• Work effectively and independently in the interagency construct to assist the deputy director in the identification and coordination of solutions to complex problems
• Research and draft formal correspondence on behalf of senior leadership
• Process documents in accordance with the Department's formal document staffing process, the DoD organizational structure; and provide expert research, study, evaluation, and validation of written materials
• Provide help desk support to the customer's website, to include monitoring and tracking all user inquiries
• Coordinate and prepare briefings for senior leadership
• Support inter-agency working groups by organizing meeting agendas and invites, recording meeting minutes, lining up presentations and briefing materials, and tracking meeting due outs
• Attend bi-weekly meetings and provide input, feedback, and thoughts as requested
• Process and escort onsite visitors to support conferences

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience
• Possesses a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously with an acute sense of document version control
• NACI security clearance, or higher, required (must be current)
• Compliance with Executive Order 14042 , FAR 52.223-99 clause (Ensuring Adequate COVID -19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors) required (proof required)
