Program Analyst - Enterprise Resiliency
Job Description
In early 2022 we established our Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) with the goal of adopting a more strategic and systematic approach to defining, measuring and strengthening resiliency across enterprise. Our vision is to be a true 'all weather company' that has a distinctive ability to prevent internal stress, recover from external stress and thrive in any altered circumstances.
As an Enterprise Resiliency Program Analyst, you will be a critical member of the ERO team. You will work closely with the Chief Resiliency Strategy Officer, Enterprise Resiliency Program Directors and Program Managers to help enable the change in our resiliency capabilities.
In your role, you will provide the key analytical support that underlies the creation and execution of large scale, enterprise-wide Programs. These projects involve the delivery of critical strategic enterprise capabilities or regulatory changes that impact multiple business units or disciplines. You will be responsible for the creation of the financial analyses, quantitative models, reporting templates and other needed foundational support that will help the ERO staff to accomplish its strategic and tactical goals.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Aid in the execution of complex, cross-enterprise change projects through construction of core analytics, financials, reporting and communications, as appropriate.
- Serve to shape best practices, standards and toolkit as well as strengthen capabilities around execution of complex cross-enterprise programs.
- Reinforce program manager's efforts for continuous improvement and optimization through creation of any needed program materials to accomplish this purpose.
- Timely escalate any roadblocks with a clear, end-to-end ownership mindset.
- Support efforts to develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities pertaining to the scoped projects.
Qualifications:
- Track record of conducting and interpreting complex quantitative and qualitative analytics, creating detailed level and summary reports, and working with diverse, cross-functional teams with stakeholders that span the organization.
- Understanding of project management and portfolio management techniques and methods change management principles and how to work within high-performing teams across multiple disciplines to achieve a common objective.
- Operates under general supervision; developing in-depth knowledge of business unit / function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Openness to self-learning, improvement and experimentation.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of and experience in agile ways of working, particularly in non-application development space
- Management consulting experience
- BSc/BA diploma; Master's degree is a big plus
