Summary
A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Program Analyst (Performance Assurance Program Manager).
The incumbent is responsible for oversight, coordination, integration, and evaluation of Contractor Performance System and evaluations systems.

Qualifications
Examples of Specialized Experience:
1) Experience in direct oversight of a major prime contractor in a functional area to ensure implementation of laws, requirements, and regulations to determine contractor performance.
2) Experience in industry practices sufficient to evaluate, monitor, and maintain uniform management controls over a prime M&O contractor's performance, and to provide direction and leadership to the Government's representatives.
3) Experience evaluating contractor performance, identifying issues and tracking to completion, documenting oversight activities, shadowing assessments and communicating concerns to senior level government representatives.
