Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3-5 years experience with registration database and website management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), financial payments, reporting or accounting, and customer service are preferred
- Experience in event planning and onsite logistics support with outside vendors, presenters and consultants.
- Excellent interpersonal communication outstanding organizational skills. Able to effectively multi-task and prioritize assignment and manage a diverse and demanding workload

Responsibilities:
- Manages the Learning Management System platform which houses CE Independent Study video on-demand programs and book- and article-based programs. Coordinates development of the programs and examinations; manages online setup of the programs working with outside vendors to implement the final product. Reviews the final editing process for sale and distribution. Has primary responsibility for revenues collected for sales through the LMS and reviews monthly revenue reports and assures accuracy. Works collaboratively with other appropriate individuals and offices within APA during various stages of development such as, APA Web Services and APA ITS Office (submitting project request to place new programs online, provide updates/changes to programs).
- Oversees CE certification, processes evaluations, and answers the inquires for CE programming (e.g. Independent Study programs and one-time course approvals). The incumbent maintains CE Certificate records associated with all internal and external CE courses, processing and sending CE certificates to participants. These include all workshops that are sponsored or co-sponsored by the CEP office through our one-time course approval process.
- Manages the APA CEP website and assists with internal and external marketing communications related to all CE programs to drive awareness to APA members and nonmembers about CE programming. Works with APA Web Service to update program listings on the homepage and to improve layout/search functionality on the homepage. Responsible for creating sale product pages for all Independent Study programs in collaboration with Web Services.
- Supports with the annual APA Convention (in-person and virtually). Has responsibility for maintaining CE workshop contracts and payment forms and the processing of payments to 75+ CE workshop presenters. Responsible for selecting and managing over 80 student volunteers who monitor CE workshops during the APA convention. Responsible for CE Workshop handouts; organizing handouts and sending to participants digitally. Maintains responsibility for the Experient CE Manager database for processing CE credits offered for approximately 300 convention sessions.
- Provides program support to related to the Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) for continuing education in partnership with the Joint Council of Interprofessional Accreditation (with medicine, pharmacy and nursing).
- Provides support for CEP office. Serves as primary contact and information and referral service for the CEP Office, providing information and maintaining all records of CE activity to support CE inquiries or activities or audits associated with customer base and assists with general office communications and correspondence.
Other Duties as Assigned
Incumbent is responsible for other duties as assigned by Senior Director and Associate Director such as career development trainings for psychologists housed on the Center for Learning and Career Development.
