Position Purpose: The Team Associate will be responsible for supporting the department by coordinating functions and completing administrative, telephonic and clerical duties as assigned.

• Create spreadsheets with appropriate data, as requested and assigned; provide others with organized statistical reports or graphs.• Problem-solve nonclinical issues; order and maintain such services as meals on wheels, DVRs, purchasing of medical supplies and non medical essentials.• Provides phone coverage and clerical support to the team. Places follow-up telephone calls.• Assists staff within teams to facilitate workflow and ensure efficient service to our customers.• Coordinates/implements mailings. • Assists in preparing monthly audits.• Provides support to members of the department and supports various department functions. • Handles data entry and maintains database.• Handles follow-up telephone calls.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum experience: 1 year. Previous experience within the healthcare insurance industry with provider relations preferred.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.67 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
