We are looking for a Transformation Program Manager to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH.  

This role can be hybrid or 100% remote 

 

Position Summary: 

 

Transformation Program Manager  

Bottomline is transforming the way we operate and is looking for a Transformation Program Manager who will bring a sense of urgency to drive, execute, and manage strategic initiatives across our global organization. This position sits within our Transformation Program Office which is focused on delivering tangible value and best-in-class operating systems to enable the ongoing success of Bottomline.  This role operates at all levels of the organization and engages frequently with our Executive Leadership Team. 

 In this role you will: 

  • Manage multiple change initiatives that support how we operate in a new functionally aligned, outcome-based organization; this includes both long-term projects and well as targeted efforts in organizational change and M&A integration.
  • Manage all aspects of project and program implementation, develop all project artifacts, project plan development, deliverables tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Identify and communicate project risks and dependencies, define mitigation strategies, manage resolutions/escalations, and meet key sign off criteria. 
  • Identify the change impacts to individuals and groups and create a change strategy, designing and delivering change interventions to help stakeholders respond and adapt, finding ways to overcome individual resistance to change
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Communications team to deliver and execute strong communication plans across the organization, managing varied stakeholders
  • Create steering committee and management presentations for various audiences that articulate our strategic initiatives and accomplishments
  • Our PMO is a newly established team which means you will have an opportunity to help shape and develop standard approaches for project and program management across

Education and Experience:  

  • 7-10 years business experience, with 3+ years’ change management experience, preferably in implementing large scale change in a customer-focused organization. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Change Management. Background in organizational development or organizational behavior is preferred.
