In this role, you will partner with the Secure Information Solutions senior manager and VACM value stream leader in a fast-paced environment to ensure financial and business goals are met through proactive management, team leadership, and recommendation-based analysis to drive successful results within the P&L.The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and develop a team of individual contributors and develop financial recommendations, while partnering with management as a trusted voice helping to steer the portfolio to success. The position is onsite for El Segundo, CA, Ft. Wayne, IN, or Largo, FL.What You Will Do

- Construction of the business' Strategic Financial Plan (SFP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Monthly forecasting of Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash
- Contract Execution including EACs, Risk and Opportunity management, EVM, Gate 5s, Funding and Working Capital Management, and process improvements
- Proposals including development, strategy, ROI analysis, and Gate 4 approvals
- Ad hoc tasks in support of the business' growth and execution objectives
- Manage complex customer relationships and interact with business unit leaders.
- Financial and program controls experience
- Professional experience of applied EVMS principles with DOD reporting requirements
- Leading a cross-functional project
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types
- Understanding of RTX financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Experience with proposal development and business case analysis
- Experience with key finance tools including Analysis for Office, APEX, PMX, and PRISM
