The Role

DNV - Energy Systems is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist with Implementation of utility-based energy efficiency incentive services.

This administrative position is designated to support the energy efficiency and demand response services. The position will specifically support the administration of the Iowa Midstream program.

This is an office-based position in Des Moines, Iowa.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and support outreach events to promote energy efficiency incentive program delivery
• Administer education and training program to support energy efficiency
• Develop and distribute marketing materials to promote the program
• Fielding and logging telephone calls from customers and contractors
• Maintaining paper and electronic files
• Create and update electronic forms and spreadsheets
• Data entry
• Application creation, review and customer support
• Project review and submit projects for payment
• Provide project support for contractor network

Position Qualifications

What Is Required

• 5+ years' experience in administrative services
• 2-year degree required
• High level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service and phone skills
• Organization and grammar skills are essential

What Is Preferred

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Prior experience in market research inclusive of market analysis, market assessment, and market segmentation
• Previous experience with energy efficiency programs or product distribution
