Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to lead operations and drive growth within the Internal Skill & Career Advisory Service at EPAM.
This key role requires a strong background in engineering, experience with Big 4 consulting or audit projects, and a talent for optimizing processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our service and supporting professional development across our global organization.
At EPAM Belarus, employees have the flexibility to choose the environment that suits them best. You can work from any location in Belarus, whether it's your home or our offices in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev or Vitebsk.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for the operational efficiency of EPAM's Internal Skill Advisory Service
• Establish and maintain a network of trusted software development experts
• Drive the expansion and continuous enhancement of the service
• Analyze trends to guide strategic decisions and execute improvements collaboratively
• Develop and refine methods that evaluate applicants and employees effectively to align their skills and interests
• Manage and lead the service operational team

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering
• Background in managing operations within a software engineering environment
• Understanding of process optimization techniques
• Capability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making
• Excellence in communication within a distributed and multicultural setting
• Keen interest in creating efficient evaluation methods for applicants and employee

Nice to have

• Engineering background
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python
• Experience in interviewing, mentoring, guiding technical professionals
• Background in project management essentials (PM/PMO)
