Who you are:
An enthusiastic Program Coordinator who plays a key part in driving the success of our programs, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management and communication skills, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results within deadlines.
As a Program Coordinator you must be to collaborate closely with project managers, coaches, and various team members to track and monitor the growth of assigned programs.
Facilitate cross-departmental coordination (Coaching/Client Services, Engineering, Marketing, Events, Operations, and Sales) to propel program initiatives forward.
Work collaboratively with the C&T team to identify and define requirements, scope, objectives, tasks, and timelines.
Monitor program progress, proactively address issues or blockers, and maintain open communication with project managers and supervisors.
What you’ll bring to the table:
 

• 2-year college degree, 2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, 3) completion of specialized training courses, or 4) job specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans to report on project status and results.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
