Program Coordinator - EN Performance Guarantee Surveys- Hybrid (Market Insight Advisor)

Our Voice of Client and Broker (VOCB) program is critical to enabling differentiated, data-informed stakeholder experiences. The VOCB program enables and manages performance guarantees across the enterprise. To that end, we're seeking an experienced project manager who can help us transform the survey and reporting processes for Evernorth client service guarantees.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage a new project to transform how performance guarantees are offered and measured for Evernorth Health Services LOBs.
• Collaborate directly with program owners and cross functional teams to deliver a successful transition for performance guarantee measurement on time and in budget.
• Manage ongoing Evernorth Health Services performance guarantee operations and reporting on an ongoing basis.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate is a passionate evangelist for both project and change management. The candidate should have a personal reputation for being highly collaborative, organized, and efficient.

• Qualifications should include
  • 5+ years of project management and/or process management experience, with a demonstrated history of increased responsibilities
  • Training in agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, articulate recommendations and influence behavior change
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, particularly those with strong data, analytics and technology aspects
  • Exceptional ability to network across functions and lines of business in service of successful collaboration and project delivery
  • Strong skills for managing new program implementations and participating in complex data integrations
  • Ability to work from a Cigna office 50% of the time
