Program Coordinator, Experience Management
Job Description
- Provide program/project management support leveraging agile methodologies
- Document, maintain, and communicate updates related to Experience Management tools and processes
- Partner with our VP of Experience Management on various initiatives for the Experience Management team
- Assist with SalesForce and Gainsight management, including creating reports and dashboards, opportunity maintenance, and case queue management
- Maintain integrity of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by conducting regular audits of data to ensure accuracy
- Provide reporting and data analytics, as needed, to leadership and communicate insights that will drive Strata forward
- Update account records, contact records, activity records, case records, opportunity records, dashboards, and reports upon request
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage competing projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail on all projects, internal and external
- Servant leadership mindset with demonstrated focus on rallying a team toward a shared commitment to achieve key deliverables
- Effective communicator who knows how to navigate situations of misalignment and appropriately escalates issues when needed
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
