Job Description

How you'll make an impact:As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Experience Management team and partnering with leaders across the organization on a variety of process improvement initiatives, program/project management, CRM management, and ground-level operations oversight. To thrive in this role, you must possess a strong sense of accountability for yourself and others, reflect a servant leadership mindset, and be comfortable managing up. Additionally, you will:
  • Provide program/project management support leveraging agile methodologies
  • Document, maintain, and communicate updates related to Experience Management tools and processes
  • Partner with our VP of Experience Management on various initiatives for the Experience Management team
  • Assist with SalesForce and Gainsight management, including creating reports and dashboards, opportunity maintenance, and case queue management
  • Maintain integrity of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by conducting regular audits of data to ensure accuracy
  • Provide reporting and data analytics, as needed, to leadership and communicate insights that will drive Strata forward
  • Update account records, contact records, activity records, case records, opportunity records, dashboards, and reports upon request
