Job Description

The Fresh TRAYS Program Coordinator I, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement assigned programs.

Responsibilities:

· Assists in planning and implementing of program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops.

· Serves as the designated lead and trainer for state level program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops.

· Collaborates with others to create new and expanded program resources, as needed.

· Develops and maintains relationships with new program partners and stakeholders.

· May assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events.

· Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings.

· Supports program promotions and marketing.

· May assist in identifying funding opportunities.

· Supports planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.

· Helps maintain program records and prepare reports on program activities.

· Other duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Two years of related experience.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

· Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

· Verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
