Job Scope:

• Draft and coordinate communications for the Customer Success organization
• Assist in the creation of templates and playbooks utilized by the organization
• Coordinate Customer Success Community Functions
• Develop and send surveys and reporting mechanisms
• Assist in additional projects and assignments as needed based on evolving business requirements
• Compile, analyze and summarize project or program data for Customer Success projects
• Review and report on program/project status within the Customer Success teams
• Administrative tasks may include helping update reports, coordinating schedules and calendars, note-taking during planning meetings, etc.

Qualifications:

• Sophomore to Senior level undergraduate students
• Business, Communications and CIS Degrees preferred
• Positive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google docs

Learning Skills/Outcomes:

• Liaison with enablement and customer success and learn what they do
• Understand general business processes and systems
• Exposure to many departments and functions to aid in your long-term career path

Availability:

• Full-time [40 hours per week, 10 week internship]
• Must be available to start either June 13 or June 20, 2023
• Must be available to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week) in our Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Denver, CO office

If you are hired in Colorado or New York, the hourly rate of compensation ranges between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour for part-time employees. This rate may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
