Program Deployment Leader

Title: GSC Digital Global Transportation Program Deployment Senior Leader

Position Description: This leadership role is primarily to rollout/deploy Manhattan Active TMS across SE's logistics network of DCs, plants & 3PLs.

Position Requirements:

• Lead & contribute to development of the deployment toolkit (templates, checklists, work processes)
• Responsible for leading the deployment activities in 1 or more sites in collaboration with digital regions
• Co-lead with GSC program managers & collaborates with BPO/BPRs
• Own the digital governance, publish project reports & manage risks
• Contribute to the global program steer committee & participate, when required.
• Adapt the digital architecture to the deployment scope
• Contribute to the digital architecture / Contribute to development & governance of core model
• Collaborate with global ERP transformation programs (Unify, Titan, Kunpeng) in respective templates
• Ensure timely business transformation & master data readiness by respective owners
• Foresee potential constraints (such as resource capability, dependent activities) & seek support in advance
• Assist the site PM and users
• Working closely with the teams in coaching, mentoring and offering guidance from time to time
• Leverage management tools such as jira
• Support & mentor other deployment junior leaders
• Work closely with GSC regional/site deployment leaders / Work closely with transport carriers technical contacts for carrier integration

• 12+ years of global experience in enterprise technology programs
• Greenfield global program deployment in 5+ countries/large sites, hands-on experience is mandatory
• Strong fundamental grasp of enterprise technologies & SaaS paradigms
• Experience with playing critical technology & leadership roles in large and complex program teams in
• Experience of steering digital programs with heavy business transformation component to success
• Leading steering committees with VP/SVP/EVP stakeholders & vendors
• Knowledge & understanding of transport/logistics processes.
• Thriving in multi-cultural global teams
• Willing to learn SE's transport strategy, trends & processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders in proposing & evaluating deployment roadmaps
• Estimate budgets, develop RFs (rolling forecasts) and work closely with finance BPs
• Contribute to overall capability strategy & technology landscape
