What you will be doing

What your background should look like
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, prefer MBA.
Normally requires a minimum of seven (7) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; prefer previous experience in consulting or product development followed by experience in a healthcare corporate environment.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements :
Experience in driving innovation processes and projects with a knowledge of the healthcare industry. Demonstrates strong critical thinking and strong project management skills.
Able to thrive in a demanding, rapidly changing, highly cross-functional work environment.

- Responsible for ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.
Oversees a pool of Delivery Managers who are assigned to individual product teams and help facilitate key process and resources necessary to ensuring product outcomes are achieved efficiently.
Facilitate Teaming for new product teams and assessment of talent needs as Products mature through the pipeline.
Collaborate with design, research, product management, and software engineering teams to elevate and contribute to work that is creatively smart, strategically excellent, and executable
