Group/Division
The Customer Group (CG) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT. They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process-from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The selected individual will establish and lead KLA's newly formed Complex Customer Request (CCR) program.
Our customers have complex requirements to run their advanced semiconductor fabs. These requirements require a company-level cross-functional review and assessment by subject matter experts to offer the best solutions in a timely manner to meet our customer needs .The CCR program director is responsible for leading a coordinated effort across the company to drive an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of these customer requirements. The program focus is driving a company-wide aligned response, with the right technical and solution details and reviewing them with our field business unit partners and customers to ensure a superior customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to partner and collaborate with leaders and experts across KLA and drive challenging and complex solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of relevant and demonstrated experience in leading sophisticated, cross-functional customer programs, leading development efforts focused on multiple product engineering solutions in semiconductor or related industries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience OR
- Master's Level Degree with a minimum of 13 years of experience OR
- Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience
