Job Description
Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Business and Technical Management Career Path (AcqDemo) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as the Program Integrator responsible for ensuring the integration of the various functional areas and the coordination of these functions for tasks performed by the various commands and agencies, which support the program.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
- Business travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One-year specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience interpreting acquisition rules and regulations; 2) Experience analyzing acquisition process and identifying process improvement opportunities; and 3) Experience with preparation of acquisition documentation such as milestone documentation, decision papers, and development plans.
This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-02/GS-11) position in the federal service.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Additional information
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.

- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
