Job Description

EBAD seeks an accomplished professional for the position of Program Lead, reporting to a Program Manger.

Job Summary:

The Program Lead works under the guidance of the Program Manager to internally plan, manage, and report on the progress of routine and/or follow-on production orders while being the primary point of contact for external customers. The Program Lead works with the assigned program team to resolve schedule issues and maximize results in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and cost.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership and responsibility for the achievement of delivery milestones
• Sets customer expectations
• Serves as the customer point of contact for routine updates
• Anticipates and advises the customer on status
• Facilitates internal & external communication
• Is the voice of the customer to keep the team focused on the contractual commitments
• Performs project planning and kick-off
• Maintains accurate program schedules for assigned programs
• Tracks and reports project status / performance (internal reporting / program reviews)
• Advises Program Manager on significant commitment changes, scope changes, or technical issues

Requirements:

The successful candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field of project management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
