We have a rare opportunity for a Program Management Analyst to support out Digital Technology team growth!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates activities to identify program risks and works with agile teams to align backlogs to address risks
  • Conducts analysis on complex program performance and risks, researches discrepancies, and prepares management reports and briefings
  • Provides expertise to improve business strategy, internal processes and program performance
  • Develops and maintains agile management reports, coordinates reporting of Product Increments (PIs), and helps monitor and report key performance parameters
  • Provides input and assists with Model Based Enterprise (MBE) program level requirement definition, scope of work definition, and scope management; coordinating with MBE PMO and Product Managers
  • Participates in analysis activities, identifies actions and coordinates actions across the team
  • Assists in development and monitoring of investment plans and spend profiles
  • Work with MBE PMO leads to coordinate PMO guidance and goals and work with Product Owners and agile teams to align to goals and support
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering, capability definition, and program monitoring
  • Demonstrated agile mindset and proven history of working within an agile program
  • Work with program leadership to establish short and long-term vision and roadmaps for assigned MBE portfolio
  • Work closely with portfolio leads to monitor health and success of MBE components
  • Help with deployment of program metrics and best practices to improve the performance of the MBE program
  • Work with finance lead to monitor program financial health and coordinate reporting on financial metrics

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Program Management that includes acting as a program manager or program analyst; OR an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Program Management that includes acting as a program manager or program analyst
  • 2+ years of experience working in an agile program
  • 2+ years of experience with Model-Based Enterprise or similar program
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, including daily standups, retrospectives, demos/reviews
  • Experience developing and monitor metrics, budgets, and customer needs
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, can develop clear, concise, and logically written business communications, as well as deliver recommendations
  • Proven track record communicating within cross-functional team of technical resources, QA, and engineers
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships to leverage information and insights across key groups
  • Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding formal and informal presentation skills
  • Self-starter with self-confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of digital engineering as modern model-based technologies such as model-based systems engineering (MBSE), or model-based design (MBD), model-based definition, manufacturing and inspection (MBDMI), model-based services and MRO
