Job Summary

Responsible for leading Transformational Programs across the enterprise. The Transformational Program Lead reports directly to the head of the Project Management Office. The PMO leads and provide oversight of the organization's strategic initiatives, thereby providing the enterprise with assurance that the desired business value of the initiatives are achieved.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for providing end-to-end project management services for a OneAmerica Transformational Program
  • Accountable for consistent delivery of expected business value by overseeing the execution and planning of the program
  • Accountable to ensure issues and risks are identified, mitigated and communicated appropriately for the program
  • Accountable for financial management of the program
  • Accountable for developing and implementing a communication strategy for the transformational program that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • Accountable for developing and implementing a governance strategy for the transformational program that ensures the right people are reviewing the appropriate facets of the program
  • Serve as an enterprise conduit that supports strategic, transformational and tactical initiatives aligned to the EBI strategy and roadmap
  • Be a champion of continuous change to instill and propagate a culture of continuous improvement throughout OneAmerica
  • Recruiting, onboarding and development of associates to ensure success for the individual and the workstream they are leading on the program
  • Actively inspire and promote associate engagement and development
  • Empower teams by contiguously defining and expanding green zones Job Requirements


Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related business discipline


Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • Program (PgMP) and Project Management (PMP) certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • ITIL V3 Foundations
  • ITIL V4 Foundations (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)


Required Work Experience

  • 7+ Years experience leading large and or transformational programs
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background


Salary Band: 07C

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in Indiana as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
