Position Summary

Under the direction of our Sustaining Program Manager, the Program Management Intern will need to understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any multi-functional tasks that are needed. You will also be able to clearly communicate requirements and status at the engineering and executive level. You will enjoy exciting and innovative projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability is paramount. This job requires excellent social skills to work cross functionally. A successful candidate will help set strategy, execute on schedule and be responsible for leading/communicating status and issues along the way.

Responsibilities

• Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution
• Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities
• Ensuring tight team coordination and communication
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical issues
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
• Lead development budgets and engineering builds

Training to be Provided

Students will be exposed to working with various departments within Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT). They will learn key requirements which need to be followed in a regulated environment such as the medical device industry.

Additionally, our interns and co-ops benefit from a buddy program, career development programming, and opportunities to build their professional networks virtually and in-person with BMT professionals.

Required Skills

• Pursuing BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Experience handling complex, cross functional projects
• Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes and remains flexible and calm in times of uncertainty
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
• Prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure, TA and/or work experience

Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Bracco Medical Technologies/ACIST Medical Systems.

Job Location

• Eden Prairie, Minnesota (no relocation or housing assistance available)

Term/Hours

• May start dates are preferred, but other start dates may be considered.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
