Program Management Sr Analyst - Work from home
Job Description
This position is responsible for the testing of system changes as it relates to Provider within the QNXT system and also running ITRF tickets for mass data changes. This position may be involved in day to day work as it relates to creating and executing test cases and on large scale provider initiatives such as setup for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and other contracting efforts of same store business.
Duties and responsibilities
- Compiles weekly tickets of provider data for QNXT Devs to update Provider Data en masse.
- Assists in the preparation and conduct of user acceptance testing of new or modified information systems
- Participates in the analysis and development of new or revised PDM procedures and processes
- Assists in the preparation and conduct of PDM reviews and the development of test plans and test scripts
- Participates in the review of PDM procedures and processes and the development of PDM metrics for assessing the quality delivered systems
- Participates in the development of special testing requirements and procedures and in the review of new or modified business systems.
- Assists in the preparation and conduct of Provider Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new or modified applications/systems across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server)
- Participates in the analysis and development of new or revised Provider QA procedures and processes
- Assists in the preparation and conduct of Provider QA reviews and the development of test plans and test scripts
- Participates in the review of Provider QA procedures and processes and the development of Provider QA metrics for assessing the quality delivered application software or systems
- Participates in the development of special testing requirements and procedures and in the review of new or modified Provider QA software
- Requires a broad knowledge experience with automated testing and modeling tools, and change management and test case generation techniques
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of related business or healthcare experience.
- Candidate should have strong claim processing understanding, and advanced knowledge of Provider Data architecture, fee schedules and reimbursement methodologies
- QNXT experience preferred
- Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills
- Prior Provider experience is preferred
- Medicaid/Medicare eligibility and benefits experience is preferred
- SQL experience is preferred
- Documentation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong, clear, concise, and analytical written and oral communication skills
- Requires a broad knowledge experience with automated testing and modeling tools, and change management and test case generation techniques
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,800 - 98,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
