Job Title: Program Manager

Department: CH - Operations

About this Role

ApolloMed is looking for a full-time Program Manager to build out and manage all associated operations for a new In-Home Service Program. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for managing efficient and effective operational processes and will possess an ability to build and manage new programs in a fast-paced environment. The Program Manager is expected to report on all regional operations to the Sr Director of Operations and manage the program in accordance with specific benchmarks.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the launch and growth of our In-Home Special Benefit Program by creating a mission-driven playbook and ensuring the stability of pre/post-program launch
  • Create clear recruiting guidelines to ensure a high quality, capable pipeline of candidates are interviewed and selected for the team
  • Own and report on regional forecasted staffing needs to ensure adequate supply for growth of program
  • Effectively manage operations for a team of 10-12 contracted technicians, including recruiting, staffing optimization, training, appointment scheduling, performance reviews, and ensuring patient satisfaction of services provided
  • Engage in effective communication with internal departments and external vendors to ensure success and coordination of program launch
  • Report on efficiency and efficacy of launched operations to Sr. Director of Operations
  • Manage data analysis of social determinates of members health
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional internal departments on closing gaps in care through targeted intervention

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of operational/staffing management
  • Experienced in creating and enhancing operational process around specific quality measures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to manage, track, and report on operational and financial metrics pertaining to regional performances
  • Strong data and analytics skills
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Delegation capabilities
  • Proven team-management success

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801.
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $65,000 - $85,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
