Program Manager

Job Description

LST is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide support for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Aeronautical Services Support Task Order.

Responsibilites

• Directing the efforts of a cross-functional team to support the consistent, disciplined application of appropriate program management tools and techniques across all agency initiatives, to include the development of program plans, schedules, risk registers and program metrics.
• Provide management support for portfolio activities Aeronautical Services capabilities.
• Directing employees' efforts in performing design, development, integration, test, management, documentation, and delivery of mission essential software using Earned Value Management techniques.
• Delivery of contractual requirements.
• Adherence to quality control standards.
• Coordinating with the COTR, federal customers and FAA executives to ensure smooth contract operation.

Requirements

• Experience leading a development and engineering contract with a government agency to modernize the collection and delivery of information to end users.
• Must have at least 15 years of experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent project or program management certification is required.
• Experience leading a development and engineering contract with the FAA to modernize the collection and delivery of aeronautical information to aviation users.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
