Our tech client is looking for a remote Program Manager to support a new immersive experience program. The mission of this program is to recruit and develop non-traditional talent for employability into the technology industry. The perfect fit for this role would be someone with strong PM and training skills, and previous cohort management within a large enterprise.  

Would you like to...

• Oversee the creation of a new cohort and manage the following: Attendee list, curriculum, draft email communications, learn user group setup, surveys and questionnaires, goal setting, etc.
• Lead cohorts ranging from 50-100+ apprentices and partner with learning and development teams to curate a world-class learning experience
• Draft and coordinate new onboarding and learning and development materials
• Manage Cohort Communications (curriculum, schedule, resources, virtual meeting invites, etc.)
• Track talent signups, session attendance, weekly progress tracker/ updates
• Responsible for survey feedback from participating talent and weekly pulse check surveys (content, speed, delivery, communication, support, etc.)
• Track certification voucher dissemination
• Invite Participants to join the cohort

We would like you to have...

• At least 5+ years of relevant Program / Project Manager experience
• At least 5+ years of experience managing cohorts and cohort communication
• Must have previous large enterprise experience
• Familiarity with M365 is required
• Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Office Forms, Customer Voice Surveys is required
• Great organizational skills
