Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary lead on all task activities and oversees manages Task Order performance, budgets, quality, and schedule.
• Responsible for delivering Task Order level reports and deliverables as outlined in the QASP and aligned with the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Coordinates with Government, our team, and other contractors to manage Task Order requirements and deliverables.
• Supports lead Task Order Program Manager who serves as the POC for the team’s performance.
• Knowledge of Secure Access Digital Identity, Az Framework, and Electronic Signature, Storage, and Retrieval.
• Risk and Lessons learned identification, mitigation strategies and development of best practices.
• Agile thought leadership, development methodologies, and program management.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Lifecycle Management and the Agile Delivery Path.
• Executive level presentation and written communications skills.
• IT Program governance, management, reporting and decision management.
• Provide support and input for audits and hearings (e.g., TIGTA, GAO), as needed, including identification of mitigating activities, Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M), and coordination with delivery partners.
• Support IAM leadership strategic collaboration and long-term planning to inform organizational direction, make informed decisions, and alignment on commitments.
• Leads task teams by managing resources, schedules, budget, and quality.
• Manages issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time deliverables.
• Provides project plans and status reports with milestones, deliverables, risks & issues, and dependencies.

Education and requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of related experience, preferably within the Federal government contracting environment.
• US Citizenship/Green Card holder (GC atleast 3+ Years)
• MBI Clearance is highly preferred.

Certifications:

• Project Manager Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP) highly preferred.
