The role:

As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all integration and transformation activities for assigned strategic initiatives in the Transformation Leadership Office. The role is accountable for ensuring the execution of the strategy while achieving Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and managing the transformation program & projects to successful completion through industry-accepted project methodology and standards. Ability to work on complex, cross-functional, large revenue-generating and cost takeout initiatives as both a program and project management level, dependent on the work.

  • Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans/timelines that set deadlines and assign responsibilities for the entire program
  • Identify and manage potential risks to the success of projects by assessing their likelihood of occurrence and potential impact and establishing a mitigation plan
  • Monitor program progresses on a regular, ongoing basis and update the project plan to reflect actual performance
  • Prepare project status reports for internal stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee M&A integration Critical Success Factors that measure the performance of the integration strategy

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in finance or project management and 5 years of experience in integration or project management or high school diploma/GED and 9 years of experience in integration or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in integration, project management, or consulting
  • PMP Certification
