Description

Infinity Technology, LLC, is seeking a motivated, detailed oriented, and customer-focused individual who will be responsible for providing Program Management services for a client onsite in Alington and/or Alexandria offices supporting the Department of Defense's Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP). The ideal candidate is a self-starter requiring little oversight and a willingness to learn quickly through on-the-job training .

Start Date: January 2024

Location: Hybrid, Pentagon (Arlington, VA) and/or Mark Center (Alexandria, VA); Telework options available

Position Overview:

The Program Manager will utilize disability subject matter expertise, management, and materials necessary to execute and promote the CAP program (which offers comprehensive needs assessments, emerging technology research, documentation support, and enhanced data analysis to optimize CAP's operational capabilities).

Disability subject matter expertise includes knowledge of Assistive Technology (AT) hardware, AT software and employment support services. Employment support services include American Sign Language Interpreters, Reader/Admin support, Personal Assistant Services (PAS), Communication Access Realtime Translation Service (CART), etc. These services are to assist customers with conditions or disabilities including, but not limited to, blindness, deafness, cognition, dexterity, and other categories.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree and a minimum of four years of experience working in the disability support field.

• Previous experience in the Department of Defense Disability Programs Office highly desired

• PMP certification is desired, but not required

• Completion of coursework at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute highly desired

• High energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must exhibit great attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage up to 15 personnel on disparate projects

• Must be able to adapt to changes, operate independently, and provide exceptional customer service to the client.

• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and remaining organized.

Disability Support Experience and/or practical knowledge of Assistive Technologies is strongly desired and will be a substantive differentiator during the hiring process
