- You’re passionate for technology and managing team of independent self-organized developers to build complex solutions
- You have a thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

You'll love our opportunity if you have: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)
- 15+ years of leadership and program management experience
- 10+ years of preparing presentations for and leading discussions with senior government clients (e.g., GS-15, SES) and C-suite executives
- 10+ years as a Project or Program Manager on complex, enterprise-scale IT projects, including scheduling, staffing, planning, cost control and risk management in an agile environment
- 5+ years providing strategic and management support for large and complex mission-critical government systems development projects
- 5+ years orchestrating cross-functional teams to develop and articulate value-added solutions and capabilities to clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

- Experience leading a portfolio of 100+ team members across multiple simultaneous efforts.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with business and technical colleagues to create differentiated solutions that meet client requirements.
- Ability to act as primary, “last-pass” author for contract deliverables, senior executive presentations, whitepapers, and orals presentations.
- Agile Certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred).
- Expertise in Federal Security Protocol, including OPM, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Homeland Security Presidential Directives (HSPD).
What your day will look like:
- Project Planning and Management – Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
- Team Management – Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
- Client Engagement – Manage customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
- Team building – promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team.
