This position will support Silotech Group's Cybersecurity & Mission Systems Business unit. Our team of experienced cyber professionals provide the technical and programmatic expertise you need to minimize risks and ensure mission success.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

The Program Manager with guidance and support from the Silotech Director of Cybersecurity & Mission Systems in leading and managing multiple program efforts serving as the primary interface and point of contact with Government customer to oversee execution projects. The Program Manger will:

• Responsible and accountable for the quality, schedule, cost control, management and compliance of all Silotech Cybersecurity/Mission Systems contracts.
• Oversee the operations of Silotech's Cybersecurity/Mission Systems technical program(s)
• Manage a staff of cybersecurity professionals currently on government contracts
• Establishing clear communication channels with stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, contractors, and staff members
• Manage IT business workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure accountability and responsibilities within contract guidelines
• Be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs
• Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Engage with the customer to develop new business or expand the product line with the customer.
• Prepares manpower staffing plans to support contract operations, including skill and labor mix.
• May be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff for government contracts.
• Perform at a minimum quarterly on-site visit with respective customers under the Silotech Cybersecurity/Mission Systems business line.
• Provide industry best practices program & project management training to project managers and site leads.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• (5) years of experience in Program Management, managing multiple IT/Cybersecurity programs and/or projects simultaneously
• Program management experience managing enterprise-level IT/Cybersecurity support teams
• Understanding of DoD enterprise infrastructures and data environments
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations and system program office operations
