What You'll Do

As a Program Manager you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage critical project components, including project integration, scope, time, cost, budget, quality, communication cadence, and risk through all phases of the systems project implementation life cycle.
  • Has ability to manage program level risks, issues and its mitigation.
  • Assess the impact of change across the projects and drive change management.
  • This position will lead multiple project managers to ensure operational efficiency and productivity improvement while ensuring consistent quality delivery.
  • Create and implement standardized project management methodologies across all the projects.
  • Develop and ensure that programs are completed in accordance with their business objectives including scope, schedule, and cost by tracking program execution.
  • Develop and manage program management standards and methodologies to achieve business / project objectives.
  • Ensure consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Assist management in taking programs from original concept through final implementation, performing project audits to manage the partnership, control risks and influence profitability
  • Has prior experience of working as a partner with business and cross-functional teams.
  • Has ability to create dashboard, stakeholder presentation and establish connections with C-Level Executives.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Minimum education qualification
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 12+ years relevant experience as a Program Manager for a digital transformation project.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Understanding on tracking and reporting of metrics: burndown, velocity, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
