ASRC Federal is looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a large Army IT contract. This person will provide strategic guidance to multiple teams internally and externally, as customer requirements evolve. Additionally, the Program Manager will assist program personnel by providing subject matter expertise in developing processes and procedures for improved operational activities. The ideal Program Manager exhibits professionalism and is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, forming relationships, and can learn new technologies quickly while using their time efficiently.
Coordinates the customer service functions to ensure timely and complete delivery, consistent customer communication, and overall service excellence.
Manages a comprehensive set of customer service functions in support of projects and operations not limited to Desktop Services, Servers, Databases, Website and SharePoint Development, Mobile Device Support, A/V and VTC Equipment, and Networking Engineering Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Program Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the program.
- The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract including both technical issues and business processes.
- The Program Manager is responsible for assigning tasking to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall contract performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources.
- Ensures compliance with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods for the support of software and computer resources for Army systems.
- Reviews program CDRL documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements.
- Evaluates and balance anticipated budget expectations, and work closely with COR on program issues.
- Provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high-level leadership if required.
Requirements
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience. A minimum degree requirement of Engineering, Computer Science, or a Related Scientific or Technical discipline is required.
- Relevant experience in Enterprise IT, cybersecurity, software development or sustainment, DevOps, and/or cloud computing solutions.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in information technology services and support.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
- Experience working with a help desk ticket solution.
- Experience providing a comprehensive set of client-facing technology services.
- Experience managing technical support staff.
Clearance Requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
