Program Manager

Program Manager. Troy, MI. Develop and manage automotive engine/vehicle systems engineering project plans, coordinate resources, and mitigate risks on new product launches, and ensure teams have resources to exceed customer requirements. Identify product gaps or opportunities and communicate these to product development team. Support process of software bug identification and track time to resolution, and create processes that improve efficiency. Define quarterly objectives and key results in line with corporate strategy, and define and monitor KPIs and take action for continuous improvement. Develop business cases for software and hardware continuous improvement projects. Contribute to project quotes, proposals, layouts, and studies. Requires Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related field and at least two years of experience in automotive program/project management, including validation and calibration of engines and vehicle systems, engineering tests for design and feasibility, vehicle systems data analysis, FMEA, DVP&R, and Jira.
