Program Manager

KBR is seeking a Program Manager for an opportunity based in Washington DC. KBR is a leading provider of high-end engineering, intelligence, and advanced technology solutions that enhance and protect the security of our nation and the world. Our teams conduct sponsored Research and Development to advance our nation's capabilities in support of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. The selected candidate will provide Program Management and business leadership to direct and contribute to the successful execution of a portfolio of funded Government contracts, to define and implement a growth-oriented business plan, and to develop a dynamic and highly functional team of diverse talents and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Work on high visibility performance, cost, and schedule aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan, defining goals and objectives, an implementation approach, resource and investment needs, an intellectual property strategy, an informed risk management plan, and an opportunities roadmap
• Ensure buy-in to the business plan and maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience
• No less than two (2) years' experience in an SAP and/or SCI environment, with at least one (1) year of that total being within the past 5 years
• Must have Master's degree or equivalent experience
• The ability to understand complex cost, schedule, and performance data, and make simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action.
• Experience working with the Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, or other requirement collection organizations
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with collection requirements at the national or theater level, to include requirements management process.
• Experience in military and knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle

Security Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP clearance.
